- Delivery & Service - within 100 miles (greater distance
under special circumstances).
- 24 Hour emergency service.
- Evaluation of client for specialized products.
- Evaluation of client's home, workplace, and feasibility
for wheelchair accessibility.

Time
and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling.
- Time and travel to secure proper documentation for patient..
- Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client,
family and caregiver.
- Follow-up with patient, caregiver, and/or family to check
compliance and equipment performance.
- Follow-up with physicians (progress and compliance).
- Arrangement for patient travel.
- Billing of primary or secondary payer sources.
- Resubmit of denied claims.
- Cleaning and assembly of equipment.
- Maintaining well stocked showroom for product selection
- Loaner products while client's product is in for service.
- Respiratory health education to seniors in assisted living
centers.
- Providing additional E tanks at no charge for Medicare
and medical assistance.
- Providing oxygen conserving devices for client's easy
of portability of O2.
- Providing equipment in special cases prior to being able
to bill for them.
- Accepting assignment (accepting a lesser payment rate
than what is possible).
